We’re happy to say that we now ship to the USA! 🇺🇸✨
All U.S. orders are sent Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning import duties and taxes are included in your checkout total — no surprise fees on delivery.
Unfortunately, we’re still unable to ship to the EU or Northern Ireland at this time while we review new GPSR regulations, but we hope to revisit this in the future.

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped within 2-5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders (UK): Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a delivery aim of 48 hours once dispatched. All domestic orders include a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
- International Orders: Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service, with a worldwide delivery aim of 5–7 working days once dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and your local postal service.

Domestic Shipping (UK): Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a delivery aim of 48 hours once dispatched. The base rate for domestic shipping is £2.70, with final costs varying based on the size and weight of your order. You’ll see the total cost at checkout.
International Shipping: Shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked service, with a worldwide delivery aim of 5–7 working days once dispatched. The base rate for international shipping is £8.10, with final costs varying depending on your location, order size, and weight. You’ll see the total cost at checkout.
Free Shipping
UK Orders: Enjoy free shipping on orders over £20!
International Orders: Receive free shipping on orders over £50.
Free shipping will be automatically applied at checkout once your order qualifies.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Disclaimer: Please note that once the package has been handed over to our chosen shipping courier, it is out of our control. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. We recommend reaching out to the courier directly for assistance in such cases.
However, you may contact us to arrange a replacement at your cost. If your order contains an error caused by Inkling Creations, please refer to the refund section for assistance.
Customs & Duties
For U.S. orders, all import duties and taxes are included at checkout (Delivered Duties Paid, DDP), so there should be no additional fees upon delivery.
For orders to other countries, customs fees, duties, and taxes may still apply, and are the responsibility of the customer. Prices listed on the site do not include VAT or any import fees that your country may impose. Inkling Creations cannot be held responsible for these charges. Failure to pay any applicable customs fees may result in your parcel being returned, with additional postage for reshipping covered by the customer.
*We do not issue replacements or refunds for lost or unclaimed parcels due to unpaid customs fees.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country’s authorities.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or goes missing, please get in touch with us!
While we’re not responsible for postal delays, we’ll do our best to assist in locating your order or resolving the issue.
We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, you may contact us to arrange a replacement at your cost. If your order contains an error caused by Inkling Creations, please refer to the refund section for assistance.
*I do not issue replacements/refunds on lost orders or items that are unclaimed due to unpaid customs.
*If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, I will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but the order can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.
Refund & Exchanges
We want you to love your order! If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it better.
- Refunds: Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the process.
- To request a refund, contact us with the contact form with your order number and photos of the issue.
*Return process: After notifying us of your intent to return within the 14-day window, you have another 14 days to send the item back.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
- If your return is accepted at our error, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package.
- If the return is a change of mind/no longer wanted, you must supply the return postage.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- When your return is received, you can expect a refund to be processed to your original payment method within 7-14 days.
- Exchanges: Exchanges can be made for items of equal value if stock is available. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
- The fasted way to ensure you get an exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
*The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
- Conditions: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: in their original condition and packaging.
- You'll also need the receipt or order number as proof of purchase.
