If your order has already shipped, we may not be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, I will not be able to issue replacements/refunds, but the order can be reshipped at the buyer's cost.

To keep your enamel pins looking their best, avoid exposing them to moisture or extreme temperatures. Store them in a dry place, and gently clean them with a soft cloth if necessary. You can also use a pin backer to secure your pins safely.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for returns or exchanges.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, we’d be happy to include a personalized note with your order.
